Rasmus Juhl Pedersen  Head of ESG - PBU

Rasmus (Head of ESG) joined Pædagogernes Pension (PBU), a pension fund for early childhood and youth educators, in 2008. He leads PBU’s RI and ESG strategy development and its engagement and proxy voting activities and coordinates the work in PBU’s ESG committee. PBU is a defined contribution pension fund with AUM of EUR 9.5 bn. Before joining PBU, he worked for four years as a program manager with Save the Children Denmark advising companies on responsible management of child labour. His professional experience includes work as a researcher and teacher of international business management at Copenhagen Business School and as an international consultant with the Danish Federation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises where he began his professional career in 1993. Rasmus holds a Msc. Econ in international business management and development studies from Copenhagen Business School
