Susan Anyan  Trustee Director – Capital Cranfield

Susan’s career began in-house, latterly as pensions manager for a large construction firm.  She went on to work in consulting roles at Willis Towers Watson and then Mercer, where she advised a portfolio of DB and DC pension schemes as well as being a member of a national pensions governance team. She has 30 years' experience of working with and managing pension schemes and has worked with Capital Cranfield Trustees since 2010. Susan currently acts as a Trustee for seven pension schemes, ranging in size from around £10m to £3bn in assets under management, as well as separately providing governance services to one further pension scheme. She has a particular interest in investment governance and has worked with a number of schemes who have put in place some form of fiduciary management.
