Purpose
This conference brings together a range of leading industry experts who will be examining a variety of fixed income and credit investment strategies for pension funds, including multi-asset and alternative credit. To ensure the key questions and priorities for pension schemes are covered there will be case studies from pension funds as well as professional trustees leading the conference sessions. There will also be plenty of opportunities for friendly discussions and networking with your peers during the day.

It is a good time for fixed income investors to rethink their strategic allocation to fixed income. TINA, or “there is no alternative,” may be falling out of fashion as an asset allocation strategy. While the case for equities relative to fixed income had been particularly strong in the recent past, the macro backdrop has changed dramatically. With value being restored in global fixed income after the recent rate and spread correction, corporate bonds offer an attractive alternative to equities in the context of a multi-asset portfolio.

The conference is by invitation only for pension funds and other institutional investors and we welcome new attendees from these investors. Therefore if you are not already receiving an invitation please contact us. A limited number of Complimentary invitations are available to genuine pension fund representatives (executives and trustees) and other approved institutional investors. However, to ensure we have room for as many funds as possible, we have to limit free places to 3 attendees per approved organisation thereafter a reduced rate fee is payable per delegate. Furthermore, SPS always reserves the right of admission (free or paid) and our decision is final.
