As Head of sustainability and governance Fredric has the overall responsibility for leading AP3’s sustainability work, which means developing and implementing AP3's processes, strategies and goals and in collaboration with the fund's asset management. Fredric previously worked as Head of Responsible Investments at Öhman Fonder and has a background from GES (currently Sustainalytics), all in all Fredric has been working with responsible investment for almost 20 years.
