Jane joined Law Debenture as a Trustee Director towards the end of 2019, after 15 years at XPS Pensions Group (formerly Punter Southall). At XPS Jane was a Principal and Head of Research, ensuring that colleagues and clients were kept up to date with the latest pensions developments and managing research activity across the firm. She was also responsible for the trustee training programme at XPS and is an experienced speaker and chair at pensions conferences and seminars.
