Oshni is Danske Bank Asset Management’s Global Head of Sustainability Data, Screening and Process and is responsible for the Responsible Investment team in Sweden. She is also a guest lecturer at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. Prior to joining Danske Bank, Oshni worked for The Folksam Group within their Responsible Investment and Corporate Governance team. She has experience within the field of human rights, gained from her time with the UN Development Programme and the Danish Institute for Human Rights. And from her eight years with ISS as their Head of Global Norms, Controversies and Pooled Engagement, she has supported numerous global investors in their efforts to integrate sustainability throughout their investment processes and implement their respective active ownership strategies.
