Ben is head of XPS Investment comprising around 75 investment consultants. He helps companies and trustees manage risk through; integrated investment and funding solutions, through setting clear long term objectives and agreeing and implementing an investment and funding strategy to achieve them. He has also advised on wider risk management tools such as buy-ins, liability management and special purpose funding vehicles. Ben is a recognised public speaker on CDI investment strategies and aligning funding and investment approaches. Ben has been advising pension schemes for around 23 years. He previously set up and led the Midlands Investment Advisory practice at KPMG.
