Carina Silberg leads Alecta’s Governance and Sustainability work in the asset management, overseeing ESG integration in the investment management and active ownership initiatives including Alecta’s representation on Swedish nomination committees and voting for all holdings. Carina represents Alecta on the nomination committees of Electrolux and Investor. Prior to joining Alecta, Carina was a member of the Executive Management team at corporate communications advisory firm Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, heading its’ CSR and Sustainability practice. Other experiences include the role as Senior ESG analyst and Head of Engagement at GES Investment Services (now part of Sustainalytics). Carina has a MSc in Business Administration.
