Denis joined Aon in 2010, and his current role is as Head of the Aon Ireland Investment team. He advises a wide range of Irish institutional clients on all aspects of their investment arrangements, in particular investment strategy design for Defined Benefit pension schemes.

Prior to joining Aon, Denis worked for Willis Towers Watson for seven years. He moved into investment consulting in 2005, having previously worked as a pension scheme actuary. Denis also previously worked as an actuarial student with Aon in London.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland and holds a BSc in Actuarial Maths and Statistics having graduated from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh in 2001 with a first-class honours degree. He is also a past member of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland Pensions Committee.
