Fraser is Director of SmartCats Consulting and also Chief Executive Officer of Heywood Pension Technologies, a leading provider of data driven, technology enabled solutions for workplace pensions. Prior to this Fraser was CEO of British Airways Pensions, responsible for £25 billion of assets and 100,000 members of BA’s UK defined benefit pension schemes. The role also involved Chairing the in-house asset management business, British Airways Pension Investment Management Limited. Fraser spent many years a consultant, latterly as President of Buck Consultants LLC and was Group President of Xerox Human Resource Services, a $1.2 billion revenue business with around 8,500 employees. He is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and an accredited professional trustee.
