Giles, who joined Capital Cranfield in 2018, has more than 30 years’ experience in the pensions industry and has worked for consultancies, an insurance company and an asset manager. He is an experienced professional trustee who works with defined benefit, defined contribution schemes, Master Trusts and sits on an Independent Governance Committee.
