Howard Pearce is the founder of HowESG limited which provides non-executive advisory and consultancy services to asset owners and asset managers. His current roles include independent Chair of the Bank of Montreal Global Asset Management (part of Columbia Threadneedle) Responsible Investment Advisory Council and Board member of Menhaden Resource Efficiency PLC. Between 2014-2020 he was the Chair of the Local Pension Boards of the Avon Pension Fund and Wiltshire Pension Funds, and between 2003-2013 he was Head of the Environment Agency Pension Fund which won numerous awards for its innovative approach to ESG investment.
