Jelena Stamenkova van Rumpt joined Anthos Fund and Asset Management (Anthos) in September 2019. In her role as a Director Responsible Investment she drives the further implementation and development of the Responsible Investment policy and approach. Before joining Anthos, Jelena led the transition work of ESG integration from the RI team to the front office at PGGM. She worked with across asset classes with a special focus on private equity and external management selection and monitoring. She also wrote policy, implemented and engaged companies on the topic of Human Rights and Labour and contributed to the Dutch Pension Fund Agreement on Responsible Investment (IRBC). Before PGGM she helped the RI team in Aegon further implement RI in their process and finished the LLM International Business Law and Globalization at Utrecht University. Jelena is also on the Advisory board of Net Impact offering strategic guidance and supporting the mission to help young professionals broaden their thinking, building networks and scaling their impact beyond individual actions.
