Jonathan Crowther is a senior pensions consultant and business leader. He has spent 15 years in leadership positions at major investment and advisory firms. His expertise in investment consulting, asset management and business strategy makes him a well-rounded, practical and results-focused trustee. Jonathan has over 30 years of pensions and investment experience, having trained as an actuary after joining General Accident Life Assurance in 1988. Today, Jonathan is an experienced leader and investment specialist who loves getting to grips with complex issues in both DB and DC governance. In addition to his extensive work advising companies and pension schemes, Jonathan has also built a distinguished record of setting and pursuing corporate strategies. He has been at the forefront of developing and delivering de-risking solutions for pension schemes, initially as a Senior Investment Consultant with Willis Towers Watson and subsequently leading teams at both Legal & General Investment Management and AXA Investment Managers. His experience of corporate leadership allows him to identify, understand and incorporate the objectives of sponsors into his approach.
