Josh Pilley is a Senior Investment Consultant at XPS and also heads up the XPS multi-asset investment research team. Josh has 15 years’ experience in the UK pensions industry, the last 10 years as an investment advisor to pension scheme trustees and sponsors. He has a wide range of client experience, ranging from advising some of the country’s largest pension arrangements through to some of the smallest. Josh has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 2016.
