Joyce is an experienced director, leader and actuary, with diverse experience across the insurance, pensions and health care sectors. She is managing director at General Investment Trust dac, leading the provision of trustee services to group pension plans with assets of €2.5 billion, and providing trustee services to New Ireland Master Trust since 2020. Joyce has more than 25 years’ experience in the pensions business with previous roles at Irish Pensions Trust Ltd, Mercer and KPMG. She holds a number of non-executive director roles in the insurance sector. She chairs the investment committee of the Bank of Ireland Staff Pension fund.
