Julia joined EPFIF in August 2023 as a consultant with a specific remit to explore the possibilities of setting up a division specifically for charities, foundations and endowments. After very positive feedback, the Institutional Investors Circle division was founded in late 2023. Julia retired from the position of Chief Executive of The Savoy Educational Trust in 2023, after some 20 years in the role. She is a trustee of the D’Oyly Carte Charitable Trust and a member of the investment committee. She is a Fellow of the RSA and was awarded an MBE for services to the hospitality industry in 2014. Julia has been a member of the Worshipful Company of Innholders since 2004. She was Master of the Company 2015-2016 and was the first lady master in the company’s 511 year history. She currently chairs the Membership Committee. Julia is also the Chair of the Livery Committee, on the Steering group of Livery Charity Chairs Group and a Trustee of Livery Schools Link. Her hobbies include skiing, gardening, and spending as much time as possible with her 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
