Kapish joined NAM in November 2023 as the Co-Portfolio Manager of the Global Corporate Hybrid Bond Strategy. Prior to joining NAM, Kapish was an Associate Portfolio Manager for Global Credit and Corporate Hybrid Bonds, at Neuberger Berman for 7 years. For much of that time, he worked closely with Julian Marks, now Head of Hybrid Bonds at NAM, on growing the Corporate Hybrid strategy to the largest and strongest performing fund in the asset class. Kapish held a portfolio management role prior to Neuberger Berman, at Killik & Co. He joined the investment industry in 2014. Kapish is a CFA Charterholder and holds a BSc in Economics from University College London.
