Elaine Reilly is the MasterTrust & DC Lead for Aon’s Human Capital Solutions in Ireland. Elaine leads our client proposition for Defined Contribution (DC) arrangements both under own trust and Aon’s multi -employer vehicle. Elaine has responsibility for ensuring The Aon Ireland MasterTrust continues to be a best-in-class multi-employer vehicle in the Irish market, and that a consistent proposition is provided to clients who remain “own trust” DC clients.

Prior to this role, Elaine worked as a Senior Investment Consultant in Aon where she advised both DB and DC clients on all areas of their investments including investment strategy, implementation, and risk management.

Elaine graduated from Dublin City University, with a first-class honours degree in Actuarial Mathematics. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland and Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA).
