Kati Eriksson, CFA, is Founder and CEO of Solid Ground, an independent advisory firm helping institutions build stronger foundations for long-term investing. She brings more than 20 years of experience in institutional investing and asset management, spanning investment strategy, governance, portfolio construction, risk management and organisational leadership.
Previously, Kati served as Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Aktia and Head of Institutional Banking Finland at Danske Bank. As Head of Investments at Aalto University, she built and led the investment approach for the University’s €1bn+ endowment. Earlier, as Head of Strategic Analysis at the State Pension Fund of Finland (VER), she focused on strategic asset allocation, investment policy and long-term portfolio development.
Kati is a CFA charterholder and an experienced board and investment committee member.
