Orla is an Investment Consultant within Mercer's Investment business. She provides investment advice to a portfolio of institutional clients – mainly defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes – both delegated and advisory. Orla advises her clients on the full range of investment consulting issues, including investment strategy, strategic asset allocation, investment manager selection, and ongoing performance and risk monitoring. She has worked across both the retirement and investment arms of Mercer and is an active member of the IAPF’s Investment Committee.
