Samantha has been a pension trustee for almost seven years, while working at both Network Rail and LawDeb and she works across both DB and DC. She has 25 years’ experience as a treasury, corporate finance and debt financing professional gained in a variety of large complex corporates, these are mainly regulated utilities (rail, power, telecoms, and housing) in both the private and public sector. Most recently she was Group Treasurer and Pension Trustee at Network Rail; She has strong expertise in debt financing (predominantly fixed income), cash/liquidity management, investment strategy, financial risk management and Corporate Finance (M&A, JV structuring and balance sheet/company restructurings).
