Steven is a Member Nominated Trustee and has been Chair of the Association of Teachers and Lecturers Pension Scheme since 2012, and a Trustee since 2007. He is an active member of the Association of Member Nominated Trustees. Steven is employed as Manager of the Bargaining Support Unit at the National Education Union. He was previously employed at the Home Office and the Inland Revenue (Superannuation Division). Steven has a degree in Philosophy , a Masters in Industrial Relations and also holds a MBA.
