Stuart’s working life has mostly been in transport infrastructure. He also chaired the BAA Pension Fund and Shoreham Port and has been a Non-Executive Director of several UK and overseas companies. His areas of expertise include finance, commercial contracts, and compliance issues.
Stuart is currently an athletics coach and a published writer. He was elected to West Sussex County Council in 2021 and is a member of their Pensions Committee.
