Susan has worked in the pensions industry for over 30 years and has been a professional trustee at Capital Cranfield since 2010, where she currently acts as Chair or co-Trustee for eleven schemes across eight employers.  She also acts as an independent pensions specialist for the Teachers’ Pension Scheme.
