Timo Viherkenttä is Doctor of Laws and Senior Fellow at Aalto University. Earlier he has served as Deputy CEO of Keva, as CEO of The State Pension Fund of Finland (VER), and as Member of Investment Board at the Pension Fund of Georgia and as Member of Board at Elo. He has also held senior positions at the Ministry of Finance and been a Justice at the Supreme Administrative Court. He has written two books and a substantial number of articles in legal and economic publications and given presentations in a wide range of occasions.
