Paul is based in London and serves as Head of Strategy for Real Estate Europe & Co-PM of SPF Europe, JPMAM’s European Core Fund. He is also a voting member of the European Real Estate Investment Committee. Prior to joining the firm in January 2020, Paul was based in Abu Dhabi for 11 years, serving as Head of Private Markets Strategy for ADIA. He has also served as Global Head of Research for Invesco Real Estate and as a Research Analyst for both Parkes & Company and Henderson Global Investors. He holds an undergraduate degree in real estate and a PhD in environmental science. He is a Chartered Surveyor, an Associate Fellow of Said Business School at the University of Oxford and a visiting lecturer in real estate at the University of London.
