Eva Nielsen is a senior supervisor for pension funds. Graduated as a mechanical engineer, Eva have since worked in the financial sector. Started for ING in ship finance and later bank wide risk management projects, she than moved to DNB to work in the policy team for pension fund regulation. In that team she was amongst others responsible for all matters related to sustainability policy and pension funds .This translates to assisting pension supervisors and European pension regulators (EIOPA) by co-writing a DNB guide with good practices and an EIOPA opinion on how pension funds can manage sustainability risks. In her current role as supervisor, she will continue co-working on improving the DNB guide with good practices and supervise the integration of sustainability risks by pension funds.
