François PASQUIER, Managing Director and co-founder of the SWIFT strategy, started his career at Natixis, in the LBO department, where he participated for 3 years in the deployment of 2 LBO debt securitization funds (€600m under management). After this first experience, he graduated from a master in Sustainable Development, then joined CDC Climat, a company dedicated to investing in “carbon credit” assets generated within the framework of the Kyoto Protocol.

After 4 years, François joined the Energy and Environment department of Caisse des Dépôts team to invest in energy efficiency projects in industry (more than €300m of cumulative investments in cogeneration, fuel switch, heat recovery projects alongside Solvay, Bonduelle...) and then in renewable energy projects (PV, wind, biomasse, biogas, district and industrial heating, etc.). François has a vast experience in energy transactions, in the field of carbon finance, industrial energy efficiency and renewable energies.
