Dr. Henning Stein is the Senior Partner and Chief Innovation Officer at 1BusinessWorld and Senior Independent Adviser to the Chairman at Arabesque AI.



At 1BW, Henning leverages a global network of over 1 million executives and AI tools to deliver co-investment opportunities and business intelligence. At Arabesque, he advises on the strategic expansion of AutoCIO 3.0, an "Agentic AI" co-pilot designed to transform institutional portfolio management.



Previously, Henning held senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank and Invesco. At Invesco, he developed an omni-channel Total CX program that significantly expanded global segments and drove meaningful revenue growth. He also led a decade-long collaboration with Cambridge Judge Business School—where he serves as a Finance Fellow —contributing to research that launched one of Europe’s first blockchain ETFs.



Henning’s track record includes spearheading a campaign that drove €1 billion in new assets in just six months. A certified board director (GCB.D) and advisor to ThoughtLab, he was named a 2025 Top 100 Voice in Finance in Switzerland, recognized for his thought leadership on digital innovation, net zero, and financial sustainability.
