Irina Kurochkina is a portfolio manager in the rates & money markets team; part of the NL fixed income department. She joined Aegon AM from Aegon NL, where she was an investment and portfolio analyst working on the investments of the general account. Irina has been in the industry since 2017 and joined the firm and its affiliates in 2018. She holds a Master’s degree in financial markets and institutions, cum laude, from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, and an MSc in financial economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Irina is a participant in the CFA program and completed CFA level 2. She holds the CFA Institute’s Certificate in ESG Investing.
