James has over 20 years of experience in real assets, with a focus on real estate private equity and infrastructure. James has worked for Fidelity Investments, Jones Lang LaSalle, Patron Capital Partners and Dawnay Day Structured Finance. James served as Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management’s Head of Real Estate for 9 years and as a Senior Advisor in Global Real Estate for Allenbridge MJ Hudson for 8 years. James is the Managing Director or South 40 Capital, a real asset private placement and advisory business. James is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and The London School of Economics (LSE). He is also a member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) and is past President of the LSE’s Global Real Estate Group.
