John Gilligan has worked in the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry for over 30 years. He is now the Director of the Oxford Saïd Finance Lab at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is also a non-executive director and Investment Committee member of Big Issue Invest. He has written a new book that provides a full picture of the structure and economics of private equity and is donating the proceeds to The Big Issue Invest Trust.
