John Raisin has enjoyed extensive and wide ranging involvement with the LGPS as Head of an LGPS County Council Fund, Independent Advisor (for Governance, Investment, and Administration) to three London LGPS Funds, and Independent Chair of the Merseyside Pension Board for ten years (2015-2025). Unusually, perhaps uniquely, as well as having been Head of a LGPS Fund John was also Section 151 Officer of both a County Council and a London Borough.
