Marian is the Global Head of Risk & Sustainability at GFG Alliance, the parent company of Liberty Steel – a global steel manufacturer with an ambition to be carbon neutral by 2030. Prior to joining GFG, she was a Managing Director at Redington and, before that, led Deloitte’s Trustee Advisory business in London.

Marian is a Fellow of the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries and a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals with a certificate in Sustainability & Climate Risk Management. She has over 20 years’ experience in risk management, sustainability, governance, and investment consulting.

Alongside her executive role, Marian is a Non-Executive Director of USS Limited and Chairs their Pensions Committee. Marian is also a member of the IFoA Sustainability Board.
