Marlof Tjaden is a Partner at Five Arrows, the alternative investments arm of Rothschild & Co, where he focuses on European direct lending.
He brings more than 25 years of experience in private credit and leveraged finance investing across Europe. He specialises in structuring senior and subordinated debt solutions for middle market companies and currently invests from the firm’s most recent €2.4 billion private debt fund, FADP IV.Before joining Five Arrows, Marlof held senior investment roles at Generation Investment Management, Nordic Mezzanine, Barclays and NIBC.
