Martin is a Managing Director in ICG's real estate business.

In 2006, with Kevin Cooper, he co-founded Longbow Real Estate Capital, a private debt business, which ICG acquired in 2011. Martin has worked in commercial property finance since 1998, initially with HSBC and HBoS prior to becoming a founding member of GMAC’s UK Commercial Mortgage business in 2002. He began his career at Legal & General Investment Management in 1990 in direct property investing and asset management roles.

Martin is a qualified surveyor (MRICS) and graduate of City, University of London.
