Mats Arkesteijn, Head of Strategic Policy & Advice at PGGM, advises PFZW on its 3D investment strategy, which treats risk, return, and sustainability as interconnected and equally important. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Utrecht University. Since 2014, he has worked within PGGM’s Investment Strategy department, contributing to the development of the 2020, 2025, and 2030 long-term investment policy plans.
