Niina Arkko has served as Director of Sustainability at Aktia since August 2025. In her role, she is responsible for developing sustainability across the Aktia Group. She has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining Aktia, Niina worked for more than six years as a Senior Responsible Investment Specialist at Ilmarinen, and before that as a Portfolio Manager at Fourton Fund Management Company. Niina is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration.
