Raymond Hamersma joined Ortec Finance in 2003 and has been working in several roles within the company in the Netherlands. In 2007 he left Ortec Finance and became Head of Performance and Risk at Lombard Odier. Raymond was based in Amsterdam but visited Geneva every other week to meet with the portfolio managers and IT team. In April 2010 Raymond rejoined Ortec Finance and moved to Switzerland to lead the team in Pfäffikon SZ. Raymond is an expert in ex-post and ex-ante risk management. He received his Master of Science in Econometrics from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and possesses the CEFA title, he furthermore is a Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
