Ruben graduated in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has over 12 years of experience at Cardano across a range of roles, including Operations, Change Management, and over the past five years Client Advisory. He currently works as ESG advisor Risk management advisor and overall strategy advisor for Dutch pension funds, supporting them on sustainability integration, governance, and investment-related (risk) topics.
