Tseten Dorje Gyalzur studied Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) charterholder. He has worked as securities specialist and network manager at UBS AG, as well as in trading and portfolio management at the Cat Group AG financial holding company. In his last role, he was responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of various venture projects in his capacity as investment manager and co-founder. Since 2023, he has been helping institutional investors at Complementa to monitor the financing and management processes. In this capacity, he prepares the groundwork for investment decisions and actively participates in management meetings as external expert and investment consultant.
