Prior to co-founding BlueCove in 2018, Alex was CEO of BlueBay Asset Management from 2014 – 2017 and Co-CEO of RBC Global Asset Management from 2015 – 2017. Alex previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Board Director at BlueBay. Prior to joining BlueBay in 2004, Alex was Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where he specialised in structured credit products. Alex received his PhD in Physics from Cornell University.
