Alexandra is Pension Scheme Manager for the Legal & General WorkSave Mastertrust and provides specialist investment governance support to the Trustee Board and the Investment Committee. Alexandra began her career in pensions investment consulting. She has held a number of roles within the industry, including Investments Manager for the Marks & Spencer Pension Scheme, where she also chaired the environmental, social and governance committee. She has also acted as a professional independent trustee and provided ESG governance training and support to Trustee Directors. Alexandra is passionate about using regulation proactively as support for Trustee action, putting requirements to work for the benefit of Trustees and their members.
