With over 25 years of investment experience, Bal presently manages a portfolio of private capital. Bal has held several senior positions, throughout her career, including as a proprietary trader on Morgan Stanley’s principal strategies desk, specialising in merger arbitrage and event-driven strategies. Additionally, she served as Senior Investment Manager at Brit Insurance (during both its public and private ownership) and as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Hiscox Plc. She also currently serves as an advisory board member for the Asset Owner Diversity Charter (AODC).
