Caroline joined Aon’s Wealth Solutions business in June 2007, having spent her early career with Mercer. She is currently the Head of The Aon Ireland MasterTrust. As well as responsibility for Aon’s Master Trust solution in Ireland, Caroline has acted as Retirement Consultant for a small number of Aon's largest clients. With 20 years of industry experience, Caroline has a comprehensive knowledge of the legislative, financial and commercial background to occupational pension schemes in Ireland.  She has strong experience in all aspects of the management of defined benefit, defined contribution and cross-border arrangements and also in areas such as scheme establishment, documentation, risk benefit arrangements, communications and risk management. Caroline’s experience to date has always involved being part of the client facing team assisting pension scheme trustees, companies and senior executives in the management of their employee benefit arrangements. She presently leads The Aon Ireland MasterTrust, is deputy leader of Aon’s IORP II implementation project team, and is a former member of the IAPF’s Defined Contribution Committee. Caroline also sits on Aon’s Irish Diversity & Inclusion Council.
