Charlotte Elveling is an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Co. in Stockholm focusing on the intersection of investing and sustainability. She is a core leader in McKinsey’s global sustainability investing practice, and spends her time advising investors on how to create value from the transition and how to integrate sustainability along the deal lifecycle. Her work includes setting up new climate / impact funds and strategies, incorporating sustainability into transactions, and supporting portfolio companies in value creation from sustainability. Charlotte has a background in international relations, trade and development including the World Bank Group and the German Corporation for International Development.
