Chris Ward, Asset Manager, joined Threadneedle Property Investments in January 2010 as an Asset Manager on the Threadneedle Property Unit Trust, the Zurich Assurance Pension Fund and a strategic opportunities fund. His primary responsibility involves identifying and realising asset enhancement opportunities whilst maintaining income flows. Before joining the company Chris worked at Drivers Jonas LLP for three years, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2008. Chris holds a Masters degree from the University of Edinburgh and completed his postgraduate Masters degree in European Real Estate Management from Kingston University in 2006.
