Claire Cullen, Director is a Product Strategist in the EMEA Systematic Fixed Income team based in London. In this role, she is responsible for supporting both institutional and retail clients investing in both indexed and active systematic strategies managed by the Systematic Fixed Income team.

Prior to joining Blackrock, Claire spent 12 years in asset management at JP Morgan working across roles in the Fixed Income and Finance and Business Management teams in London, New York and Luxembourg. Most recently, Claire led the EMEA Credit Product Strategy team for the Fixed Income business. Prior to that she was the CFO for the Global Fixed Income business.

She is a CFA charter holder, holds a CIMA designation and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin
