Martin works in Microsoft Ireland as a senior Program Manager. He has worked there for 27 years. He has been a trustee of the Microsoft Ireland Defined Contribution Pension Plan trust for 11 years, one of the largest DC Plans in Ireland with a membership of 7,000. He has been Chairman of the Trustees since 2017 and Chairman of the Governance Working Group since 2021. Martin holds a B. Sc. from the Danish Engineering Academy in Electronic Engineering, and an M. Sc. In Technology Management from UCD. He has recently taken the LIA Pension Trust Practitioner certification.
